If undesired communications slip through, there is a straightforward process for lodging a UCC complaint directly with the service provider and tracking the status of that complaint, ensuring accountability and follow-up.

Key to this utility is its intelligent spam detection engine, which is currently limited to SMS. This supports users by aiding in the identification and reporting of spam messages. Moreover, by crowdsourcing data about unsolicited communications, it accelerates the identification of unregistered telemarketers, enhancing the filtering system based on collective user experiences.
